Monday, January 30, 2012. Chloe's 9 Month Checkup. Today I had to take Chloe to the doctor for her 9 month checkup this of course means shots. She was due for a hemoglobin check which means they prick her finger and then check to see if she has anemia and then she had 1 shot she had to get. Chloe paying with her toy in the waiting room. Saturday, June 9, 2012. I took Chloe to the family picnic day that Matt's work put on. The picnic was held at the park right down from our street so it was really convenient for me I just put Chloe in the stroller and walked on down. Matt wasn't able to go because he had to work maybe for the next one. Chloe playing with the water balloons. She thought these were awesome. Spraying herself in the face. More water in the face. Running towards the water slide. Waiting for someone to splash her.

Sunday, February 22, 2015. Halloween, 4 months later. I'm still working on catching up the blog. So this post takes us back to Halloween. It was unseasonably warm last year. Baylee was still walking around in shorts for heavens sake! Some years we've trick or treated in the snow. But not this year. Oliver's Hulk costume was my FAVORITE. Look at that pure joy! Jackson was Jason from Friday 13th. THAT FACE. The green face paint was a total afterthought. But it made the costume. Even the puppies had costumes.

Monday, October 13, 2014. Cooler than I expected. Sunday, October 12, 2014. Saturday was our only full day in Jackson Hole. We had split our large group into two groups since Baylee and Oliver wouldn't be going white water rafting. We sent the big people off first thing in the morning. This worked well since I knew we wouldn't have been able to get organized with the kids that early. So we were able to get up, relax and enjoy the beautiful location. Sunday, August 31, 2014. Try it just once every time. Back over July 4th weekend we headed up to Jordanelle. We had gone to see fireworks in Park City with Evan and Rachel the night before so we were pretty much foregoing the entire fireworks celebration this year. Instead we headed up to the lake in the morning and got out on the boat that day instead. Wyland started the year by only going down the ladder off the boat into the water. Just playing dolls on the boat. We do hard things. Looking so grown up.

Thursday, July 31, 2014. We finally made it out for our first camping trip of the season. We've only ever been to Utah Lake to stay overnight one other time and we got eaten alive by mosquitos. Rear View Mirrors are Necessary. August 20, 2011. One problem with traveling is that you leave your home and other possessions unattended. We returned from one such trip to find the driver side rear view mirror missing from our car. I do love our house and where we live but this is a the time you really miss having a garage.
