I perform the proscribed sets 3 days per week for 6 weeks and document my performance. 3 days per week for 6 weeks. I will document my observations each week). I began the experiment by taking the initial test: 4 push ups. My deltoids were sore and the 2 day of the challenge, after 1 day off was more difficult than the 3 day.

Self Tracking Methods for Optimum Performance. Here are some brief reflections on 14 days of tracking sleep, nutrition, exercise and productivity. I am most focused and productive on 7 hours of sleep. I experimented with 9 hours, 8 hours, 7 hours, and 6 hours. I tracked these times for 3 consecutive days.
