As I mention somewhere on this blog my goals for the first half of 2014 are the Asics Greater Manchester and Edinburgh Marathons. I have been training for a couple of months now and have reached a point that is a little unusual for me. Should I reassess my target of a sub 4hr marathon to a lower 3 hour marathon? I’ve made BMF a permanent fixture in my training week, as I feel this type of cardio really complements a regular weightlifting routine.
