How long does it take to complete the tour? Plan to spend approx 2-2.5 hours with us. The Zipline tour is approximately 1.5-2 hour in length, plus additional time for check-in, orientation, and training. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to tour departure will be charged full tour price. "No-shows" will also be charged full tour price. Charges will be applied to the credit card provided. How much hiking and/or walking is there? Do you have side-by-side lines?
