The Mount Alexander Range - we tried to grow the wine directly into the bottles but it didn't work. Therefore we built the winery in 2005. Sandra Blamires - Viticulturist - in the vineyard (where she is supposed to be). Mount Alexander Winery
The Mount Alexander Range of Wines. Mount Alexander Winery is operated by the Blamires family on the north eastern slopes of Mount Alexander in Central Victoria. The vineyard is planted in the sandy granite soils of Sutton Grange which are famed for producing high quality Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Winery Cafe is now serving snack plates - cheese and charcuterie - house made biscuits, coffee, tea etc. That is about as boutique as it gets. Off the Grid Wines. There is a map on the stockists.
