As there are many community choirs in Chicago the CLCC needed to distinguish itself with a solid visual identity system and some eye-catching promotional materials. Gallery in Chicago, featuring some face-melting metal inspired artwork by locally and nationally known artists! The show is aptly titled "Friends of the Beast", and will include some work by yours truly. All who enjoy art and/or heavy metal or who just happen to live in the Chicagoland area are encouraged to attend! Until the end of this month. Support the arts!

I spent this afternoon cleaning out my hard drive, and happened to come across this sketch/rendering I made several years ago to accompany an article about zombified, viral computers taking over your poor, helpless MacBook. Big rough sketching was as far as I got with this. Pretty literal, but I remember now that I really like this sketch. Below is a quick thumbnail sketch I made before diving into the above version. That helpless MacBook's expression makes this for me.
