Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Getting ready for Colorado. We took the kids skiing the last couple of weekends to get some practice in before we head out West. They both had a great time and all I can say is Grete is a natural on skis! She definately takes after her namesake. She went down the magic carpet hill twice before she said that's enough, I want to go faster, which she then pointed to the gonola and said I want to go up there.Easy girl! Let's not get ahead of ourselves :-). That girl has no fear.

Friday, April 29, 2011. Kids do and say the darndest things. Today Grete came up to me and wanted some dental floss because she had a toenail stuck between her teeth. I really need to teach that girl not to chew on her toes. (Yesterday I actaully caught her biting her toenails.Yuck! A little while later I walk into my bedroom and Grete is in her swimsuit, sitting on my bed eating a steak and french fries.from her play kitchen.Now if we could just get her to eat some real food!
