I use my Kitchen Aid machine to make this dense, moist, easy to slice loaf, ideal for sandwiches. 1 cup lukewarm water. 1/4 cup orange juice. 3 Tbsp molasses or maple syrup. 2 tsp instant yeast. 1/4 cup nonfat dry mild. 3 cups whole wheat flour. 1 1/4 tsp salt. Thoroughly grease an 8 1/2 X4 1/2 loaf pan. It's important to grease the pan well, as this bread tends to stick.

Jeanette’s Cinnamon Rolls. 3 c hot water. 3 eggs slightly beaten. 1 c powdered milk. 1 c evaporated milk. 1 1/2 T. yeast. 9 to 11 cups of flour. 1 cube butter softened. 1 big squirt of vanilla - I like lots, but you can add to taste. Powdered sugar - about half a bag or so. A little milk to make it nice and creamy - usually about 1-2 teaspoons and you can use the leftover canned milk from the rolls. I use a bosch mixer and it makes this recipe so much easier. 1 cup whipping cream.

Tuesday, December 7, 2010. 1 recipe French Bread (machine). 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce. 1 can tomato paste. 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated. Pre heat oven to 400. Press dough into a greased cookie sheet. Mix sauce and paste together and spread over dough. Sprinkle cheese evenly and top with pepperoni. Friday, February 11, 2011. Simple and delicious. Add a little chocolate drizzle on top and and perfecion! 2 large eggs, well beaten. A generous pinch of salt. 1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract. 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut. Whisk eggs, sugar, salt and extract. Blend in the coconut till moistened. Drop onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven 20-25 minutes till golden on top. Transfer cookies to a rack to cool. Easter= tuck a few jelly beans in top before baking.
