Mindfulness and Pain – マインドフルネスと身体の痛み. 昔から腰痛や肩コリで悩まされていますが あ 痛いな、嫌だなあ っていつも思っていました。 この 嫌だなあ にエネルギーが注がれて、頭の中でどんどんネガティブなストーリーが作られて、自分の意識は 嫌だなあ という思いに固執していたような気がします。 マインドフルネス プラクティスでは、身体の痛みに気づいたら、この 痛いの嫌だなあ という思いにも気付くと同時に、そこにエネルギーを注ぐ代わりに、 今日の痛みはどんな痛みだろう と、身体の声に耳を傾けるよう、意識をシフトします。 ご自分のお子さんに が痛い と言われたら、 どんな風に痛いの と、その痛みの具合を知りたい、分かりたい、という気持ちが湧き上がると思いますが、それと同じです。 Suffering = Pain x Resistance.
