保存株の培養法｜NIESコレクション

3 培地リスト (Media list). 本施設では、予め滅菌した綿栓ピペットを用いて接種している下図 1, 2。 Iii) 保存株情報で指定された温度と光強度下で培養し下図 3, 4 、指定された期間毎に、新鮮な培地に植え継ぐ。 I) 植え継ぐ際に、培地に穀類、餌となる生物などを接種する場合がある下図 5。 Ii) 培養土へ竹串またはピンセットを用いて、藻体をやさしく植え込む下図 ii)-1。株は新鮮な培地へ植え込んでから約2週間後に新たに生長を開始する (下図 iii)-1, iii)-2) 極端な高温、低温でなければ、実験室などの直射日光の当たらない、明るい窓辺でも培養できる。 A) 生長した藻体の上端から3 4節を、ハサミまたはピンセットを用いて切り取る下図 iv)-a )。 B) 絵筆を用いて、切り取った藻体表面に付着している他の藻類を取り除き、よくすすぐ下図 iv)-b )(単藻株では不要)。 I) ビタミンB12とビオチンについては、各々100μg/mLの原液、チアミンについては10mg/mLの原液を作製し、それぞれ1 mLずつ小分けして 20 のフリーザーに保管する。

本施設における収集保存分譲事業の一部は、文部科学省ナショナルバイオリソースプロジェクト NBRP. 属の5種 M. aeruginosa. 保存株情報のページの特徴他機関の番号などの覧に株番号が明示されています。 NIES コレクションでは、一部の株が凍結保存されていますが、ほとんどの株は5-25 、4-50µmol photons m. 第1期 2002-2006年度期間中には、東京大学分子細胞生物学研究所 IAMコレクションの藻類培養株を本施設に移管し、2007年度より、NIES株として分譲を開始しました。本施設から分譲された株を用いて研究開発成果を発表する場合は、必ずNIES-XXXXという株番号と、国立研究開発法人国立環境研究所微生物系統保存施設から分譲されたことを明示してください。教育研究目的学会等での発表を含むで利用する場合は、以下の点を遵守してご利用ください。写真の使用の際には必ず国立環境研究所微生物系統保存施設と明記してください。 Tel 029-850-2556、 Fax 029-850-2587.

質量分析計、標準ガス較正室、加速器質量分析設備、有害化学物質関係実験室、温室効果ガス観測技術衛星いぶき GOSAT の観測データを処理し、データの保存解析提供を行うための計算機施設、気象衛星NOAA管理受信関連施設、ミリ波解析関連施設、GRID情報解析室、太陽電池、太陽熱給湯装置など多様な機能を有しています。生理実験室や脳波計やポリグラフと呼ばれる人の心理生理測定機器を備え、騒音、電磁界、光温度環境等による影響研究、環境ストレスとその睡眠への影響あるいは環境の快適さの評価に関する神経生理内分泌系機能の検査法の開発等を行っているほか、それらを用いた各種疫学調査を行っています。１階は水生生物の生態影響評価研究エリア、２階のエリアでは、化学物質を計測するための機器 GC/MS,LC/MSなどや、共焦点レーザー顕微鏡が設置され、また、環境質のin vitro バイオアッセイ手法による評価研究が行われています。４階は環境リスクに関する情報の収集解析評価を行うエリアと、ヒトの健康に関する感受性要因を解明するための動物実験エリアからなっています。
