DAY 6 - The surf just keeps getting bigger. After our morning surf we came back and lounged around the pool eating an assortment of junk food. We went to lunch at the Bakery, having spicy chicken sandwiches and a brownie. I am really racking up the Weight Watchers points on this trip, I am hoping that all the exercise I am getting will counteract the poor eating. Didn't really carry the camera around today, so only a few pics, some thrown in from earlier days. Morning moon over Santa Teresa.

DAY 4 - The coolest place on earth. Started the day in the usual way, with an early morning surf in glassy head high perfection. This was an average surf day here, it would be an incredible day for Florida. I could really get used to this place. Came home and relaxed and drank beer around the pool. Got a pizza from the local pizzeria and brought it back and ate it in our palapa (small hut with no walls).This was a great day, though I think I may be sore in the morning.

DAY 2 - The long road to Santa Teresa. We made the drive from the ferry to Santa Teresa in a couple of hours, even though it's only about 35 miles over really bad roads. Checked in to our hotel, the Zula Inn and went and rented some surf boards. The hotel is a total surfer dive, not quite as nice as the place we stayed in last time here, but perfect for me and Ryan. I asked him where he got the moonshine and he said he knew a guy. The new really cool highway to the coast.

DAY 1 - Do you know the way to San Jose. Last time we came to Costa we sat on the plane in Orlando for two hours while waiting for the pilot to show up. This time the flight was perfect, smoothe and on-time. Of course Ryan slept about half the way. I wish I coud sleep on a plane like him. For a cheap airport hotel this place is really nice. Two cool dudes in the airport.

DAY 5 - Surf gets big today! After surfing we relaxed around the pool eating watermellon and chatting with our fellow travelers. We are meeting some very interesting people at this place which is definitely geared towards traveling surfers. At one point I lost Ryan, and later found him curled up in a hammock in the back of the palapa. Generally Ryan is constantly wanting to do something, but I think he may have finally run out of energy. I found Ryan curled up in a hammock in the back of the palapa.
