Saturday, August 10, 2013. A couple of months ago, we were at the Abeyta's house hanging out in the backyard when Tyler's little brothers, Alex and Andrew, decided to play a prank on the little kids. Monday, August 18, 2014. May 30th was the last day if school. This year it was also my last day of being a first grade teacher and my last day at Eagle Valley Elementary. Instead of teaching, I will stay at home and "teach" Miles. It's such a blessing to not have to leave him every day. I'm so incredibly thankful that I'm able to be home with him. Friday, August 22, 2014. Miles turned 2 months at the end of June. And you know what 2 months means.shots! Miles was a trooper. He cried when they gave him the shots but quieted down real quick and fell asleep. He pretty much just slept the whole day. He wasn't even all that grumpy the next few days.he had a hard time falling asleep and would get upset but other than that he did pretty well! At 2 months Miles was starting to smile a lot! Wednesday, October 9, 2013. It has been so hard to keep this news in. We went in this last week for the first ultrasound. My doctor said everything looks very healthy and our little one has a very strong heartbeat! It was so fun seeing it kick and jump around. We even saw it stick up it's cute little hand.it looked like it was waving to us! Here's our baby at 10 weeks! Can't wait until we can go in again and get another look! We had a beautiful view from our hotel room! They call them "Black Tears.".

Sunday, April 7, 2013. This is what Tyler does every time we take a trip to Oklahoma. Sorry, I couldn't resist.love that movie! In December, Tyler and I flew out to Oklahoma to visit. We did a lot of fun things! One of the first few days we were there, we went to the ice skating rink in Tulsa. Right after ice skating, Tyler and Craig (my brother-in-law) went to the shooting range. Craig had never shot a gun before, so Tyler taught him and said Craig was a natural! Haha It was a pretty amazing museum!

Friday, August 22, 2014. For the 4th of July we just hung out at home this year. We didn't know how Miles would do with fireworks and we were afraid they might hurt his little ears. Tyler had spent the weeks previous building a forge in our backyard. On the 4th of July he made me a really cool decorative spoon for the kitchen. I love it! I swear, sometimes it seems like there's nothing he CAN'T do. We hope you had a great 4th of July! At 2 months Miles was starting to smile a lot! Love his sweet smile!

Thursday, August 21, 2014. The first week of June our nephew Jack was given a baby blessing. This was Miles' first time going to church! These next pictures make me smile because it's kind of a funny memory. We were at Ryan and Kate's after church and I wanted a picture of me, Ty and Miles because I didn't have one of the 3 of us yet. I knew Miles would be getting hungry soon so I grabbed Ty to hurry and take a picture and here's how they turned out. Oh well.maybe we'll have more luck next time :).

Saturday, July 26, 2014. Birth Story of Benjiman Miles Abeyta. They laid Miles on my chest for a little bit then took him to was and weigh him. He weighed 9 lbs 1 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long. My doctor asked "Jackie where were you hiding a 9 lb baby? Because you sure didn't look like you had a 9 pounder in you! Miles was very alert.
