Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Bad idea, bad idea. I learned too late it is a bad idea to buy 2 bushels of apples knowing how long it takes to work them up. Good grief, what was I thinking? 1 1/4 cup flour. 1 teas baking powder. 1 tablespoon butter melted. 1 1/2 cups chopped apple (chopped pea size). 1 cup powdered sugar.
