Jeannie's Journal: October 2008

The continuing adventures and miscellaneous ramblings of a middle-aged child. Thursday, October 23, 2008. Meanwhile, we have won a battle in getting Dr. McVicar directly involved in Dennis's case, but we haven't won the war. What about all those other people we can't speak for? Just for good measure. The UC Davis Community Advisory Board may also be a good avenue to pursue. http:/ www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/community relations/board.html. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The continuing adventures and miscellaneous ramblings of a middle-aged child. Monday, September 29, 2008. As Thumper's mother always said, "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothin' at all". Heeding Mrs. Rabbit's words, I've taken a few weeks off. More news as I can think of it, or make it up, whichever is more interesting. Keep those cards and e-mails coming in! Tuesday, September 2, 2008. More Animals than the Folsom Zoo! At started it all, as far as I knew, was Little Bit. We had a black ...

The continuing adventures and miscellaneous ramblings of a middle-aged child. Saturday, January 24, 2009. The reason for all this didn't really become clear to me until an ah-ha moment on Thursday. I just couldn't understand why the surgeons continued their reluctance to perform the abscess surgery. Yeah, it's risky - duh. But he's been cleared (twice) by Cardiology. He sailed through the angiogram with zero complications. Why the hesitation? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Not so good at blogging.
