24 and Rolling: Pat Griskus Olympic
http://mdelese.blogspot.com/2010/06/pat-griskus-olympic.html
Mdelese@gmail.com : 347.609.5269. Monday, June 28, 2010. I signed up for this race mainly because it is a regional qualifier for AG Nats. If I place in the top 33% of my AG I qualify! The race location is the same as the REV3 half I did last year. The only thing I remember about that race is the big hills and the brutal run. 24 and Rolling: Pancakes!
http://mdelese.blogspot.com/2010/06/pancakes.html
Mdelese@gmail.com : 347.609.5269. Monday, June 28, 2010. Pancake Triathlon 2010. for the 4th time. I will win this race some day. As soon as I find time to do some serious training again. Having a real job really puts a damper on things! Here is my race recap. The race is two weeks earlier then it was last year (didn't due due to fever) and there is one big difference, cold water! And coming out of the water started the feud between me and B Mac. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 5/23 Black Bear Olympic.

24 and Rolling: Injuries are not Fun
http://mdelese.blogspot.com/2010/03/injuries-are-not-fun.html
Mdelese@gmail.com : 347.609.5269. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Injuries are not Fun. For the past 2-3 weeks my left knee has been giving me lots of problems. Being injured is so frustrating but all I can do is rest it and really work on my core and my swimming. I need to get better quick and get back to my base training for my season. This time is critical for me to improve my aerobic capacity. Either way all that I can to at least maintain my current base. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
