I clean up the plates. Monday, June 12, 2006. On Thursday, last week, we went back to the allergist to get the results from Harper's allergy blood work (who knew there was such a thing! That's right, she screamed loud and long enough to be remembered. A drama queen already. In other news, Harper's allergy has not disturbed her ability to make a mess. Her desire to clean only imaginary messes also remains firmly intact. But what about PECANS! Do I get a prize? What if I tell you the origin of the CASHEW!

I clean up the plates. Sunday, May 03, 2015. When my children were born my grandmother sent them lovely Vermont Teddy Bears. At some point Harper's bear lost its stuffing, but I believe it is possible to send them to the Teddy Bear Hospital, or some such place, for repair. It's a mystery to this day, how that bear lost his stuffing; however, he is no longer the only bear with a story. I totally thought that bear was house trained! That is so funny! Oh, creative play! Sometimes it's not all bad that you find yourself turning into your mother. And sometimes she can still make you madder than a wet hen. We've survived the 'most brutal winter in a dozen years' or something like that. The sad part is, the last 'record snows' the state had.is when we were in college here. Sigh. But, all winter long, I kept my eyes on Easter. If we make it to Easter, I thought, life will be good!
