Thank you again - we love staying here (fourth holiday at Gwenallt). We did have a lovely relaxing time as we always do (10th visit since 1993). We spent a very beautiful holiday in Wales, the castles, walking, the slate. . Your cottage is so pretty with the little bridge and the river. Value for money - fantastic.

In celebration of Mead Day 2012. During the class, we sampled six different kinds of honey and three types of mead. As a group we also made a cream soda mead. That should be tasty!
