Its been five years and I still have questions. Was it a son or a daughter? Why was there no heartbeart where there had been one before? My life in a house full of boys. Saturday, November 23, 2013. Grandma's Gone Back Home. She and I made Starbucks runs in the afternoon and talked for hours. We went shopping together- walking around the mall, visiting the play area with the boys and just talking some more. She helped me get laundry and dishes done (is there any more practical way to show love to me at this stage of my life? She also gave Jon and I permission to sneak out for three movie nights and a late night dinner while she was here.

My life in a house full of boys. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Happy 7th Birthday James and Andrew! On July 11, 2006- two tiny baby boys entered the world and we became parents for the first time. We quickly became very, very good at holding two babies at the same time. Sharing a bassinet on their actual "birth" day. They were so tiny, they could share a bouncy seat. Holding each others arms. One of the rare instances where we actually dressed them alike as babies. Tummy time is more fun with a twin brother.
