Tuesday, August 31, 2010. The baby moves around a lot an loves to kick me in my ribs and hips. I swear I am growing a future US gold medal gymnast. The baby flips and turns all day everyday, which a truly a great thing, but annoying when I want to sleep. The baby has been growing like crazy and is now the size of a squash! A little tip though the food at Sea world. not so good and really expensive. The second day we went to The San Diego Zoo. There were a lot of new baby animals and they were so cute. Monday, March 8, 2010. So Cory has been home for almost 6 months now and it has gone by so fast. I am so happy to have him home and safe. The next day the ship sailed and we stood outside in our coats and gloves waiting for the ship to set sail. We had to sit in this crowded bus thing and I had to sit next to this smelly french guy that did not help my sickness. As per request of 3 gorgeous women here is my chicken salad recipe. 1 baked and chopped chicken breast. 15 red grapes halved. 1/2 cup celery chopped. 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (shelled, you can buy them this way). 2 Tbs Almond butter. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar. 1/2 tsp maple syrup. In bowl combine almond butter, water, vinegar, and syrup. Whisk until combined, set aside. In separate bowl add all ingredients and toss with prepared almond butter mix. Toss together and enjoy.
