Quitting Housemanship: June 2012
http://quittinghousemanship.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
The journey of a houseman towards freedom! Friday, 29 June 2012. So now that I've gotten a new job, I'll give you guys a rough description of my daily routine:. 730am: Wake up, get ready for work. Things to bring: pendrive, iPad, a pen, and some blank papers. 815am: Get into the car, drive to work. Journey takes roughly 45mins, not due to the distance, but mainly because of the morning traffic. 900am: Reach office complex, look for parking space. 6pm: Time to go back. 12pm-7.30am: Sleep like a baby.

Caffeine Free in Med 3. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Not all learning is from books. On the eve of my boards, I have made a realization (or more of an acceptance) at last about people in general. Some people simply do not want to risk anything to be happy. For many people, in fact, it is safer to stay in that safety zone and never take the chance because they could fail and get hurt. Little Plastic Castles: July 2008
http://littleplasticcastles.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Little plastic castles - like a fish swimming around and around in a bowl, seeing the same plastic castles and thinking they are something new. (Borrowed from Ani DiFranco). View my complete profile. During medical school I will have the opportunity to meet and work with many different people. Details about those people will be altered to make them no one you might know. The Progressive Horizon: closing statements
http://theprogressivehorizon.blogspot.com/2009/08/closing-statements.html
I've decided to close the progressive horizon. the things i wrote didn't feel like me. they didn't feel real. they were thinly veiled cliches and rather drab,.mostly because the blog was linked to me and i didn't want it to be seen by adcoms. I can't write like this anymore. i would put the link too my new blog, but that would be defeating the purpose, wouldn't it. Sunday, August 9, 2009. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Progressive Horizon: books that every pre-med student should read
http://theprogressivehorizon.blogspot.com/2009/07/books-that-every-pre-med-student-should.html
Books that every pre-med student should read. Once upon a time, i used to read novels. now i read these. not because i have to, but because they're actually quite interesting. and, dare i say it? Fun if you're pre-med, i hope you get a good idea of what medicine is truly about through these books. and the great thing is, none of the books above are over $11! 5 gifted hands by ben carson - one of the more famous books about neurosurgery. carson shares his story about growing up and becoming the younge...
