On My Weigh To Skinny Me. Saturday, March 27, 2010. Wow, sorry I haven't updated since Monday! Anyways, not too much new here. I've had a few moments of weakness this week so I'm really hoping I can still see a good loss on Monday. I finished week 2 of the couch to 5k, and started week 3. I just finished day 2 and I must say it's harder than any of the weeks yet. The 2nd 3 minute run almost kills me! But it will get better. I'll post some pics once I'm done more. March 28, 2010 at 6:15 PM. Mar 8th - W1 D1.

On My Weigh To Skinny Me. Monday, March 29, 2010. I had my weigh in this morning and I was down 1lb (176). I'm not overly excited about it cause I know it could have been better if it weren't for my set backs :) But like I said last week, a pound is a pound and that makes my total since March 8th as 5.6lbs. I'm thinking I'd like to sign up for WW online. I thought it was going to work without it, but I find it's hard to keep track. We'll see. I see tons of possibilities here! Saturday, March 27, 2010.

On My Weigh To Skinny Me. Wednesday, June 24, 2009. WI and some pics. I did better this week. I had a loss of 1.8lbs (165.8). So I lost the stay the same and the gain that I had the week before, plus a little bit more. I should have been down by more already since I was dumb and ate like a pig and had a gain and STS but I'm not going to be beat myself up about it. I have been going strong with FLYlady. I decluttered my lazy Susan and my bedroom now. I've been on a mission! The thing I'm most proud of!

Let me just tell you 520 cal, 32 grams of fat and 1380 grams of sodium! So in WW world this is 13 points for one sandwich. so i could have a 4oz steak,. Baked potato and a salad for that many points. Some spike it hot. I had my first volleyball game last night, for the league some coworkers and I joined. It was pretty much a disaster. Out of three games, we lost three! But, the last game was the closest, so hopefully next week will go better. Volleyball is definitely not my best sport, but I can get by. I was pleased.
