And thinking "Did I remember to lock the car? I hope no one has broken into it.", I also remembered that it's November. I can't believe it's November. Time for One-a-day Gratitude. And then I checked this blog. I haven't been here since March. Where has the time gone? 65279;I am also grateful that the mailbox. And that I remembered to lock.

Saturday, November 5, 2011. November 5, 2011 -. I had the opportunity to go the the temple today to witness the sealing of some friends to their two adopted children. What a special experience! It was short, but the spirit was strong. Surrounding this adoption were tragic. These two children now have an eternal family. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. For my birthday, Beck-o surprised me with an awesome and long-desired gift: a digital Nikon SLR camera! It came in a massive box, so our kids had fun climbing into the box once we emptied it of the camera contents. One of the very first things I did (aside from establishing, reinforcing, and re-reinforcing the First Rule that this is my. Toy) was take a photo of our little monkeys doing one of their favorite activities: Watching Netflix on my laptop. Labels: gifts from Becky.

Monday, September 20, 2010. Phone rings, caller ID says Church Jesus Christ. It's the Stake President. He'd like to meet with us after church. Stake President announces there will be a change in the bishopric next week. Pit in stomach is growing larger. We are shocked, humbled, frightened, excited -. We sat in our driveway a full 10 minutes when we got home trying to figure out what just happened. Moral of the story: If the phone rings at 7:00 Sunday morning, don't answer it. Friday, November 18, 2011. November 11, 2011 -. The girls were out of school today for end of the term. They have been asking to go to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point (officially called the Museum of Ancient Life), so I took some time off work and took them. It is an amazing museum. Daughter #2 really likes rocks (and I mean she REALLY likes rocks. I have more rocks in my yard and house than I know what to do.), so anything that looks like a rock or has her looking for rocks, is a hit!

Thursday, November 25, 2010. Thursday, November 25, 2010 -. A day to count our blessings. I have so much for which to be grateful! I walked a 5K this morning with my walking friend. It was cold, but we decided to go anyway. I would have opted out if it hadn't been for her. I am grateful once again for her. We were both thrilled we finished and feel we accomplished something good - we contributed to the Utah Food Bank; we were part of the community; we got some exercise. I am grateful .
