My Mother’s Diary. My Mother’s Diary. My mother, Merry Nell Drummond, fought breast cancer for 29 years, from March 31, 1981 through March 3, 2010. I was 10 when she was diagnosed and 39 when she died. I’ve never been fond of the battle imagery associated with cancer, but Mom loved it. 8220;You have to be a warrior,” she once told me. She was. The life and times of megan wilson. Hello everyone, I finally made it out and this is what the 'wild' looks like! My name is Megan, and I made my apperance to the world on January 9th 2009 at 10:21am. I weighed in at 8lb exactly, which was quite a bit as mummy isn't all that big! So I had to made quite a fuss of coming out! So far I'm just over 22 weeks old, and have had a really great time, Mum and Dad look after me with milk and new nappies, I even got to try some 'solids' the other day!
