http://megbradshaw.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

The Journey is the Destination. Summa dat summa time. I love summer. Quite a lot. This summer has been wonderful, with the majority of my time spent doing these lovely things:. Rainboots and adventures and everything green. Giggling with this happy baby. Building Lego towers and houses and zoos. Being somewhat crafty and productive in the DIY department. Art projects with my little buddy. Laughing bunches and loving this lady. Admiring the beauty of motherhood. Oh how I love sunny Seattle in the summer.

The Journey is the Destination. 161;Holy Toledo Batman! Beautiful iglesia, courtyard, and sculpture. Note the completely different styles and decoration. Magnificent spire piercing the sky, amazing architectural detail, and a stolen picture from the Internet of the beautiful stain glass windows inside. The amazing view. Plus some posing. Plus a random man posing us. Torturous chair of death. Plus masks of torture. Equals pain. Lots of pain. Saying goodbye to Toledo. La escuela y Parque de Retiro. Next po...

The Journey is the Destination. Like most projects in my life, this blog has been condemned to a state of incompleteness. Maybe one day I'll give it another serious try.but for now, I'll just use it once more to reminisce. Meredít, Riley, Megan Niña, Hayley (said with lots of phlegm), Angela, Nikki, Adri, Rrrrebecca, y Haley: Todos ustedes son fenomenal. Thank you for all of the great times we shared together. I love you all. We will always have Spain.:). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My Recipe for Life.

The Journey is the Destination. The tomb itself, where Jesus Christ may or may not have been laid for the 3 days before He was Resurrected. The point of the Garden Tomb is not to show the exact physical location where Jesus was laid- the precise location is unknown. What's emphasized instead is Christ's life and ministry, and the new life that we receive through His suffering for our sins and His death. Entering the tomb. There is a sign on the door that says "He is not here, for He is Risen". So much lo...

The musings and observations of a child named megan. Sunday, March 21, 2010. We didn't start the fire. This holiday includes parades of traditional Valencian music and dress, bull fights, delicious sweets sold from booths, millions of people crowding the streets, fire crackers, and more. However, the concluding event trumps them all: the torching of all of"las fallas" at midnight. The streets literally full of fire crackers. Traditional dress and dance of Valencia. The burning of our falla. Living in pro...

Steps on Holy Ground: 4th day in Galilee

http://baileybradshaw.blogspot.com/2012/05/4th-day-in-galilee.html

Monday, May 21, 2012. 4th day in Galilee. Today instead of going out and about, we stayed in the Kibbutz and had class. After class, we relaxed on the {beach}, played soccer, threw around the frisbee . . . jugar on la playa at its finest. Then we went on a beautiful hike! It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood, the weather was grand, the hills were green, and the faces were jolly! Seriously, straight from the icebergs in Antartica. Cold cold cold! June 10, 2012 at 12:53 PM. This place looks amazing!

Meg's Blog: An E - Vent

Meg's Blog: An E - Vent. Tuesday, December 22, 2009. So, here in the midwest, we're all gearing up for another huge winter storm. I heard on the radio we can expect up to 3 inches of sleet before 4-8 inches of snow. Nothing like a good sheet of ice under the snow to make holiday travel a real treat. I am just so looking forward to Christmas this year! Planning Christmas on a much tighter budget this year meant I spent a lot more time selecting things for the kids. I wanted to buy very specific items,...

His age group was 4-5 year old and he was very excited to be participating. They ran 200 meters and unfortunately he came in 2nd. He was a little disappointed, but we told him he just has to keep practicing. It was a good experience for him. Coming down the straight away. The boy on the right beat him out, but Brady did great!
