Saturday, August 8, 2009. Went with some photography friends to the Pow Wow in Mt. Pleasant, MI last night. The costumes were wonderful and the beat of the music made me want to dance. Don't worry, I didn't. It would have scared everyone out of there! I really wish I had captured more of the dancing but the crowds made it hard to see inside the circle. I love the faces. Saturday, August 8, 2009. Went with some photography friends to the Pow Wow in Mt. Pleasant, MI last night. The costumes were wonderful and the beat of the music made me want to dance. Monday, August 30, 2010. Yesterday a large part of our town lost power (remember it was like 90 degrees)at 3:00 in the afternoon. By late evening, in a very warm house, we lit the candles and our teen just couldn't figure out what to do.everything takes power.SOOOO, we lit more candles, played scrabble and had a WONDERFUL time.we need to lose power more often. What a wonderful time photographing this beautiful body-builder, it was something new for me, and I absolutely fell in love with this type of photography.She is absolutely beautiful! A few Saturdays ago I was honored and blessed to take engagement photos for my niece Carly and her Fian'ce Krys, and of course we put Little Jozlynn in there as well, she was adorable! What a great day! Looking forward to the wedding, for sure! A very happy little family to be, indeed.
