Sunday, September 9, 2012. Way back in July, Austin turned 6 years old! He had lots of fun celebrating his special day. Because this was an even numbered birthday, he got to have a birthday party with all of his friends! And as if that wasn't enough fun.as a family we went on a bike ride to get donuts that morning and we went to Chick-fil-A for dinner and then of course there were lots of presents. It's been awhile since I've written about Ethan and I wanted to take a minute to document a little of his personal history. Ethan turned 2 on June 1. WE have lived in our new house for almost a year (come November), and have enjoyed the beauty of our surroundings. It has been a different experience for our kids- getting used to mountain living (semi-rural) versus living in the suburbs. But I am hoping that in time they will love the small-town feel. We met my Dad and his wife there and stayed with them in a small apartment. WE stayed 10 days, and toured everything! Museums, castles, cities, etc. The pastries and breads were amazing!
