On Monday, Tara, Kelly, and I got together to celebrate Tara's b-day and Kelly's great writeup from work (it's a great honor to receive one at her job). :) We went to the Scenic Loop Cafe (where Tara had her wedding reception). Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Well, I've not blogged in awhile once again. :( I have not excuses, so I'll just start catching up now. Rachel was alittle nervous about the change of it all, but she was put at rest when we attended the "Meet the Teacher" information meeting. She is in the Froggy Friends Class with Mrs. Cuthbert. She loved getting to know her teacher and the classroom (centers). The day after, she asked me when she'd go back to school! Rachel and Freddy on a walk. Rachel giving Freddy juice.

Monday, June 22, 2009. We've started off to a great summer, but it's been fast paced! On May 22nd, Mom and Dad celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary! This picture below, wasn't taken on the exact date, but I liked it! Happy 9th Anniversary to my baby! We were able to celebrate at Maggianno's for lunch and a movie afterward. I can't remember the movie, but I know we just had a blast being together and remembering all that we've done and seen together! What a great thing to witness!

Sunday, December 14, 2014. Ham and Turkey Croissants. In this home, we agree on many things. Except food. Somehow we've created little connoisseurs that think very differently about their preferred menus. But tonight, a slight miracle occurred. I made a meal creatively, using a couple of recipes as a guide, and I managed to please everyone, myself included. I have no photos, but here's what I did. Simple and delicious! Turkey, and ham in you preferred, chopped finely. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Friday, November 28, 2014. The Carlins Adoption Day. I want to include this on our blog because it was such an honor to be a part of something so special for our friends’ family. The Carlins have been our friends for a few years now, and we have watched them go through foster training, then receive 2 children and adjust from having 4 kids to having 6. What a journey! This is a major downside to not renting a suite. Next time we may look into a condo even. All in all, a really great trip!
