Monday's are bad enough as it is, but thankfully yesterday wasn't too bad because we had a small family dinner party at my sister's house. It was just a relaxed, nothing too big (although there was plenty of food as we always tend to over cater) get-together. Preheat the oven to 180. Cream the butter and sugar (185ml) together. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and milk. To the sugar and butter mixture. Once mixed, gently fold in the apples. Pour into a greased dish. A Cup of Jo.

Take the meat out of the oven and leave to rest for at least 20 minutes, this will give a juicy, soft pork belly whilst leaving the top crunchy.
