Saturday, March 6, 2010. Alexey, Babushka and the Sky Scope. Yeah, we met Alexey at the West Ramp and followed his BMW past the AFB guards to the fence, he opens the fence, and we drive and park and walk to where he ties his airplane down. Sunday, February 21, 2010. Goofing off - private mostly? Did your parents goof off? I think it is in our nature to get goofy. Some more than others, certainly. This morning I found my self thinking about the song “Those….were…the days, my friend. I thought they’d never end…” And I started adding the Russian “barrum, pa, pa” to it then I got the legs going under the table in a Cossack-like style. Are we a goofier generation than our parents? Are we more relaxed and more transparent? Picked up a Droid.
