Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Welcome to ITIMS MEMSLab! The ITIMS MEMSLab's research interests include MEMS technology, microsensors, microactuators, piezoelectric materials, MEMS optical, and powerMEMS. Specifically, the ITIMS MEMSlab is currently working on creating MEMS materials and MEMS devices. Along with research the ITIMS MEMSLab aids in teaching students and master students about the principles of electronics materials and MEMS technology in the Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
