We want to be as careful as possible not to do harm instead of help. That is why one of the most important parts of our program is the training that we organize for future mentors. Training consists of ten sessions (each is one hour and a half long), and covers different topics both in theory and practice. The time when the team of Lighthouse analyses all the information about mentors and mentees, and makes decisions about which mentor to match with which child.
