At any one time we are supporting over 100 clients who suffer from severe and enduring mental illness, and who need advice and advocacy on problems that significantly affect their lives. Clients' issues are generally welfare benefit and debt related with some housing, employment and legal issues. We conduct regular client and referrer surveys to gather feedback on our service and to evaluate outcomes. In September 2013 we were able to expand our service with the aid of funding from the Big Lottery Fund.

At launch of the expanded project (September 2013), our funding is provided by the NHS and the Big Lottery Fund together with Toyota(GB).
