Holler's lived next door to us at our old house and we became the best of friends. We were so sad when they made the move down to Temple, but after spending time there, we realize that is absolutely where they belong! Cole and Lexie.sure miss this girl! Otherwise, it would've been a looooong day! Ryan, me and Casey. We were a...

Thursday, September 27, 2012. Oktoberfest, golf and adult school. We have officially made it through a week and a half of being "homeless". Obviously I'm kidding, but it has been such a great transition. Tracy has been so accommodating and helpful with the kids, we definitely appreciate all they have done for us! It was a pretty good seminar but it was a late night for the kids.but they survived AND slept in the next morning. Cole, Beau and Grayson. Saturday night we got a sitter (hallelujah! And joined ...

the seeman family: Trip back Home
http://theseemanfamily.blogspot.com/2013/07/trip-back-home.html
Wednesday, July 24, 2013. A couple weeks ago, the kids and I made our first solo flight to Colorado to spend some time with my family. Normally, I go to Colorado to get away from the nasty Texas heat.but really, I cannot complain one bit about the weather so far this summer. We have maybe had a few days that have reached 100. It's been delightful! Nick was able to come out for 4 nights over the long weekend, but the rest of the time it was just me and kiddos. Even though it was pretty warm out in the eve...

Friday, June 29, 2012. Joining InstaFriday at Life Rearranged. Wednesday morning, this is what our house looked like. Nick pounded that sign into our yard and we are officially on the market! Excited, nervous, hopeful.stressed. These are the words that come to mind this morning. :) Probably more hopeful that things get rolling fast, because I'm sure everyone can imagine trying to keep a house tidy with 2 tornadoes living in it. It goes with the decor.no? Happy Friday and Happy Weekend! The other day, Fin...

Monday, July 8, 2013. It was SO nice having Nick off for the long weekend, it truly was such a fun weekend. We absolutely love our new neighborhood! It's pretty small, about 200 homes, so everyone looks out for each other and we have become great friends with some! Ok yes, maybe I am a little high maintenance, but you know what? We found that neighborhood! We couldn't be more thrilled. And yes, his bike is way small for him.maybe his next birthday present? Finley with her boyfriend James.eating dinne...

http://theseemanfamily.blogspot.com/2013/06/cabo-2013.html
Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Of course I was sad to leave the kids for 5 nights, especially being in a different country and not able to just pick up the phone any time and check in.but being completely disconnected from our phones for the week was such a great feeling. When we got to the airport in Cabo, this lovely thing was there waiting for us. Katie sure knows how to spoil us! While the guys played in the water, the girls took advantage of happy hour and took pictures on the beach :). From the beach, i...

Thursday, February 14, 2013. This post is a little bit about Finley, our move, carpooling.crazy stuff, I tell ya! First off, we finally got moved into our new house almost 2 weeks ago. It just happened to be on Nick's birthday so unfortunately his actual birthday wasn't as glamorous as usual. I mean, he's getting a brand new house but the process of getting into the house is tiring and stressful. We are celebrating his and Emily's birthdays this weekend (without kids, whoop! Since we have moved, we have ...

Monday, November 26, 2012. Football.oh yeah, and Thanksgiving. It was so nice having a whole week off of school, I definitely needed a break! We stayed in Dallas for Thanksgiving this year and did a lot of fun things! One of the days, I took the kids to the sitter and Tracy, Emily and I spent the day shopping. It was so fun and even though I didn't get many Christmas gifts, I still found some great things.for me, ha! We had rockstar parking and seats! Nick, Blake and Emily. Jessica, Emily and Blake.

Monday, December 31, 2012. Christmas 2012 - Colorado. Saturday, December 22nd, we headed out to Colorado for Christmas. We had a super early flight but the kids were troopers and were just so excited to go on an airplane ride! You can see in this picture that it was still dark out :). The flight there was great, we had no delays and everything went smoothly. When we arrived at Denver, my parents were there to greet us at the airport and as soon as we got into the car, the kids were out within minutes.
