I have been a yachting professional since 1997, starting off as an instructor before working for Clipper Ventures. Both as a round the world race skipper on the winning boat in the 2002 race and as assistant race director in charge of the day to day operations and all the skipper and crew training for the 2005 race. Thanks for checking out my website. I’m a meteorologist and I work for the Met Office. And the BBC Weather Centre. As a TV and radio weatherman. I have Degree in Meteorology from the University of Reading. And have also carried out projects at Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. I am a certified weather forecaster having completed an 18-month training programme at the Met Office’s College and gained more experience in forecasting at RAF Lyneham and other weather stations.
