Our current standard rate for general technical translation work is GBP 161 (or EUR 193) per one thousand words of source text, subject to a minimum charge of GBP 50 (or EUR 60) per job. This includes simple formatting of the resulting text. Extremely specialised texts (for example, certain academic papers) may attract a premium dependent upon the subject matter. Handling Greek texts electronically presents particular technical problems. Unfortunately there is no single standard for encoding the characters and accents.
