This is a blog about our family, so that our far-away family and friends can stay close. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. The giant mound of laundry that grew while the sewer line was clogged kept me up late last night doing several loads, and I woke up early this morning to continue. In the midst of the mad rush to get the kids bathed, dressed, and fed, and myself out the door for a meeting at the office, I smelled something burning. Monday, September 28, 2009. In the utility sink in the basement. Sin...

http://lockmommy.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
This is a blog about our family, so that our far-away family and friends can stay close. Thursday, July 30, 2009. It's that time of year again.the night before we leave for our road trip. The bags are in the car, the dvd player and video games are charged up, and the mailman is holding our mail. We have a housesitter, so don't get any ideas about short-sheeting our beds and pooping in our toilets while we're gone. Annie and her caretaker will be here watching the homestead. Just one, but she deserved it!

I REALLY wanted a coffee to enjoy at soccer practice while the other kids played on the playground and I vegetated in the car. Why the hell don't we have drive-thru Starbucks around here anyway? The coffee too...

Here's the new URL: lockmommy.wordpress.com. I swear,...
