The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo! Thursday, November 30, 2006. Here's a wee bit of commentary from us on the Coral Coast. bit jet lagged as you can kinda tell, but it was all good. Posted by Ryan and Mez at 7:22 PM. OK So this blog is now hopelessly out of chronological order but nevermind. The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo! Friday, June 23, 2006. Lady of Leisure no more. Today finally my prayers were answered! For the phone to ring in our house is something special. We don't get too many phone calls and so to be honest when it does ring it's usually quite an exciting occasion. And so yesterday the phone rang, quite a few times in fact. Both the cell phone AND the land line. But at the other end wasn't the person I wanted it to be. Well what do you know? Ready to share the love, care for t...

robert in the land of the midnight sun: December 2007
http://alaskarob.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Robert in the land of the midnight sun. Monday, December 31, 2007. 2007 wrap-up. 2008 is on its way! Despite the beauty and heritage of the place, I was in for a culture shock. After the newness of Sitka and Alaska faded, I realised that I needed to adapt to a different way of life. In fact, I kind of felt that I had been hit with the double-whammy: I had a good dose of Alaskan culture-shock, topped off with an even bigger dose of American culture-shock! What was I to do next? Where to go from here?

robert in the land of the midnight sun: October 2007
http://alaskarob.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Robert in the land of the midnight sun. Tuesday, October 2, 2007. Weather: partly crappy, mostly shitty. Woah, the salmon have all swum upstream to spawn, and the place is ripe! Basically, it stinks! Drama scale this week: about 4/10. Hey, it's only Tuesday - give the place a chance, things will definitely heat up by the end of the week. Now, Here Is What You Are Supposed To Do.And Please Do Not Spoil The Fun! 1 WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? Both my grandfathers were named Robert. Yes, love it. No, and I ...

The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo! Sunday, May 28, 2006. I sit and stare out into a sky of endless time,. Grey with the worry of a nation in the grip of ghosts,. Gruesome in their gory recollection of the Glory days’ been,. It’s dotted with the colourful interludes of a God who,. Continues to come from blue to break bread and share it,. With people, differing shades of grey, who know not its meaning nor care to. Sacrifice is the stuff of statues built to remind us of days,. Waiting for the Word that,.

The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo!: March 2006
http://meznmo.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo! Thursday, March 30, 2006. It's been said before: "Ryan, Like a Lion." indeed, but probably not a good look, unless you're mike myers in a velvet suit. Got a few laughs from onlookers though. The brits are clearly quite an aristocratic people - everywhere you look they've elevated people and set them in bronze. Quite endearing in one sense and grotesque in another. I guess it gives you something to aim for if you're a pleb like me. If you dig that kind of li...So walkin...

The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo!: August 2006
http://meznmo.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
The Exciting Adventures of Team Mo! Wednesday, August 30, 2006. Castles, Castles, Castles. Sunday morning dawned without silly screaming girls, without tired legs, after a truly great sleep. The gentle sound of the river rushing below, in fact quite similar to when we drifted off to sleep ten hours earlier, was entirely pleasant. Menu for the day. Castle for breakfast, castle for lunch, Mansion for afternoon tea, City walls for dinner. With a whole lot of driving in between. Sheer (about 100 foot) walls.
