I have stayed in decent shape even with two weeks of traveling vacation to Orlando and Washingto D.C. This last week I did the following workouts:. 7 (Yes, seven) 30 minute easy swims (Thanks for the recommendation Greg H.). 3 runs, two 30 minuters and one 1:45 long run. 3 bikes, one 45 minute, one 60 minute and one 3 hour long ride ( some strides too).
