My favorite part in chapter eleven was when Zach finally kissed Lily. I was hoping he would throughout the whole book. I nearly had a heart attack when he gave her his dog tag and promised that they would be together someday no matter what. I love when guys get all emotional and stuff, don't you? Do you think that Lily will ever tell August the truth, or even ask her about her mother? I wish she would, I really want to know if August and Lily's mother were friends. He’s always talking about how he wishes he can make him proud and he imagines showing him something worth dignity. At times I suppose it can be that way with parents, but I think its satisfying enough that he’s fighting not only for his country, but for his father, mother, and everyone else. What do you think?
