Part of the National Traffic System. QMN - The Michigan Net. The Section will have an exercise on April 10, 2010. The exercise will exploit the National Traffic System as well as the communications plans within the Districts. The exercise will take quite a bit of planning on the part of the DECs and especially on the part of the VHF Net Managers. A detailed manual has been prepared for the DECs.
