July 30, 2013. So I’m at the 5-3-1 again today. I swear… I’m soooo out of shape. Deathlifts with the percentages. 10 mins on the treadmill. I lost my grip on the last one and it was hot as hell in the gym again. I guess I at least worked up a sweat. Shoulder shrugs in the smith machine. Foam roller work… back was killing me after the pulls. May need to do this before I dead lift and squat again. 8249; 7-24 start of 5-3-1. Deadlift Training with Ryan Snelling. 7-24 start of 5-3-1. 7-24 start of 5-3-1. July 29, 2013. So I started a new training program of 5-3-1…didn’t go as planned as I thought that I was much stronger than that. I was dead wrong. 5*345 for 6 reps. Could have done more but I couldn’t breathe. out of shape. I wasn’t dead yet so I did a walk on the treadmill for 10 mins. then I thought I was going to die. SMH. Felt a little tightness in the shoulder so I went with the slingshot. 415 for 3 easy reps. 225x 10 flat bench. Shoulder shrugs very heavy. Starting to feel decent again.
