Wednesday, September 23, 2009. We had snow on the mountains and it frosted and killed the garden. Today it was really warm again. I finally got all the canned stuff to the cellar. At three or four jars a trip (in a bucket so I could carry it in my left hand and use my cane) it took a lot of trips. I still have tomato juice to can. Hope everyone's week is going well. Actually, Architectural Engineer for the moment. Saturday, April 18, 2009. Well, I got my mission call. Don't pay attention to mom's post, she beat me to announcing my own call! P If you haven't read her post yet, I have been called to serve in Phoenix, AZ. I report the 10th of June and wil be speaking in English.whew! So 5 of my 6 kids were here to help me celebrate. G did an awesome job as hostess and planning. She and B went all out to make sure it was a memorable occasion and everyone pitched in to help. It is amazing because it fits under my helmet and because it looks like a ninja mask. People stare at me when I wear it, but I don't care because I'm staying warm.
