Together Forever Wherever: Summer Slowly Sails into the Sunset

http://mikeandhallie.blogspot.com/2015/08/summer-slowly-sails-into-sunset.html

This blog is an ongoing love letter to our children, their birthmothers, their grandparents on both sides of the continent, and our extended family and friends. Sunday, August 09, 2015. Summer Slowly Sails into the Sunset. This is gonna be a fast one. Kinda like summer has been. Hard to believe how quickly we're skating though it. Rather than contemplating the end of the month, let's focus on enjoying the present moments! Hallie took the kids to the DeSoto Pharmacy and Soda Shoppe. Mike enjoyed some time...

http://mikeandhallie.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html

This blog is an ongoing love letter to our children, their birthmothers, their grandparents on both sides of the continent, and our extended family and friends. Sunday, October 26, 2014. Tanjoubi Omedetou, Ninja Boy! Our little big man turned seven this week, one year older and wiser too. And really, really ready for Halloween. Eliza has joined in the enthusiasm. Ah, childhood! But first, some of Eliza's continuing antics. She has taken to climbing up whatever obstacle that gets in her way. On Saturday, ...

Together Forever Wherever: April 2015

http://mikeandhallie.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

This blog is an ongoing love letter to our children, their birthmothers, their grandparents on both sides of the continent, and our extended family and friends. Sunday, April 26, 2015. This week’s highlight was that the kids got to help Hallie at a service project gleaning lemon trees. On Monday, Landon went to a new occupational therapist and finished the day off with gymnastics. He had no trouble falling asleep. Landon stayed home from school on Tuesday. Poor thing – he has been struggling wi...Eliza m...

Together Forever Wherever: Goodbye, July!

http://mikeandhallie.blogspot.com/2015/08/goodbye-july.html

This blog is an ongoing love letter to our children, their birthmothers, their grandparents on both sides of the continent, and our extended family and friends. Sunday, August 02, 2015. Not many photos this week. Spending too much time having fun! Between going to the pool, a trip to IKEA, and breaking out more old LEGOs, who has time to snap a pic? Landon and Mike have started playing a fun board game Grandpa O. got us called Battle Sheep. On Monday, Mike had some company on his morning walk. When Mike ...

Springer and Tyson: February 2012

http://springerandtyson.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html

Monday, February 6, 2012. It's the End of the World As We Know It. Or so the Mayan's say . . . January has actually been a relatively uneventful month. Tyson and I just worked away. It has been kind of exciting to have Tyson begin doing his wedding photography on his own. This past month he had three engagement photo shoots and two bridal shoots. January is the quiet before the storm at Creative Arts, and I just subbed a few extra ballet classes, and helped make some props. It was really fun! On the 29th...

Springer and Tyson: Blowin' in the Wind

http://springerandtyson.blogspot.com/2011/12/blowin-in-wind.html

Monday, December 5, 2011. Blowin' in the Wind. I hope you all had a safe and happy - and delicious - Thanksgiving! The first part of November was pretty packed. I began physical therapy (2 1/4 hours twice a week, plus a 15 minute walk each way), Tyson and I were assigned to be on the committee for the ward Christmas party, and we had to take extra time to prepare and pack for our trip to visit Tyson's extended family for Thanksgiving. :). And Sunday we went to her ward, which was one of the wards in the ...

Ross Family: February 2010

http://4girls2boysrossfamily.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html

Sunday, February 21, 2010. Wonderful, White Weekend. My philosophy of winter is this.if it is gonna be cold, there better be enough snow to have fun in! Luckily, this weekend we finally got dumped on with snow and lot of it! Kolbi got to ride in a backpack on Kevin's back. It was Kyle and Kambria's first time and I think they had a great time! When they got back to the lodge, Kolbi was ready to get warm. She was a great sport and did wonderful. It was so much fun spending time together and doing ...In on...

Ross Family: October 2010

http://4girls2boysrossfamily.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Wednesday, October 13, 2010. New Callings, birthday and Achievement Days. Time is really starting to fly for me lately! I can't believe Kaylee turned 8 years old this weekend. (pics and post to follow after her baptism this weekend):). About a month ago I was called as the 1st Counselor in the Primary Presidency. I was so excited because I love primary. So far the calling has been great! I love seeing my kids grow and become such great young people, but I also want to push the pause button!

Ross Family: May 2010

http://4girls2boysrossfamily.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

Sunday, May 2, 2010. This post is a little late.but I wanted to share my thoughts anyway. So here goes:. Kevin and I celebrated our thirteenth anniversary on the 26th of April! It is so hard to believe it has been that long that we have been married! I would not have thought 13 years ago when I was helping Kevin move pipe on the BYU-Idaho farm that time would find us where we are today. We have lived in 10 different homes/apartments, 5 different states and one foreign country. I am so thankful for the th...

Ross Family: June 2009

http://4girls2boysrossfamily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html

Friday, June 19, 2009. Yes, unfortunately it is true! It is a long story and I will try to update more later, but we did not close on our house when we expected and so for a few weeks it looks like we will be living in an extended stay hotel. We were blessed to travel safely from Michigan to New York and then to Wyoming. Kevin graduated and is now officially a doctor! We are so proud of him. Hopefully pictures will follow shortly. Springer and Tyson: Life AS I Know It

http://springerandtyson.blogspot.com/2011/07/life-as-i-know-it.html

Sunday, July 10, 2011. Life AS I Know It. Sorry for the long silence. I've so rarely had time on a Sunday to sit down and write - and when I have, I've typically taken a nap instead. ;). So, in brief, in April was General Conference, my birthday, CAA's creative dance concert, and Easter. I LOVED General Conference, as is typical. Elder Lynn G. Robbins' talk about being. Instead of just doing. In May, CAA hosted the Utah. Simultaneously, Tyson's best friend, Chris, came from Maryland. To visit his family ...

Ross Family: October 2009

http://4girls2boysrossfamily.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html

Saturday, October 3, 2009. Kyle has been playing flag football with the YMCA for the last month. He loves it! It is so fun to see how much better the kids get each week. His coaches are great and are really good at teaching the boys to play well. Kyle has made at least one touchdown per game. Their uniforms are blue and they named their team the Wyoming Calvary. I wanted to post a few pictures of him in action. We are so proud of him and how well he is doing! Running for the touchdown! A Tale of One House.

Mike & Guys Movie Reviews

INTENT - Watch it on Vimeo! Our second, and most polished, Short Film. Submitted to Tropfest but not accepted unfortunately. You can now watch it in its final HD form courtesy of Vimeo, and our next one when it gets into the finals! A movie so divisive, it might well be half funny. A movie so polarising, it might as well be the sun. A movie so astounding, it must be watched. 10/10 - Guy. How much money this website is going to make us ;). Greatest. Movie. Ever. Made. 11/10 - Mike and Guy. 9 Under The Skin.

Friday, April 10, 2009. Going to the Zoo. This past week Mike and I were able to go to the Zoo with our good friends Jake and Abbie and their son Lincoln. It was so much fun. . They added onto the zoo this. Past year with an "African Safari". . They had new lions,. Giraffes and a couple of zebras.  . We had a picnic finished off with some annoying geese bugging us for our food. They seem to really like honey mustard salad dressing. The lions were amazing! All just sleeping . Together Forever Wherever

This blog is an ongoing love letter to our children, their birthmothers, their grandparents on both sides of the continent, and our extended family and friends. Sunday, April 01, 2018. No Foolin’ – Happy Easter! We had a bit of company this week to go along with the early spring weather. That with Easter and General Conference made for a busy and meaningful week. Friday night Hallie had the fun job of reading to the girls their bedtime story. Sawyer picked out Mine-O-Saur, and Eliza picked out anothe...

My Chaos in Order...

Saturday, March 26, 2011. Just like celebrity romances that get their names combined (Brangelina, Swiftenhal) Mike and I combined our last names. No one really calls us by our combined name. We just refer to ourselves with it. We combined our last names - Schmidt and Bounds - to be 'Schmounds'. Last fall, Mike was in the mountains in Colorado hunting elk. Beautiful. He didn't have any luck finding any elk, but he entertained himself by doing this. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. I need to start blogging again.

The Harris Homepage

Thursday, July 2, 2015. Spring break this year was all about squeezing as much into a couple of days as possible, Mike was out of town presenting at conferences on either end, so we did our best to make the most of our time off. We started off collecting data for science fair project at Mike's lab where Dennison did some tests with gravity and force. He worked really hard on his projects making graphs for his display and writing explanations, he won a medal at one of the top two in his grade. Later in th...
