A Stout Story: Easter
http://astoutstory.blogspot.com/2015/04/easter.html
Friday, April 10, 2015. We had a great Easter this year. Emma Grace and Caroline both can tell you what we are celebrating at Easter (that Jesus was punished for our sins, died on a cross and buried, and rose from the tomb) and what it all means (that we are saved and will one day live in heaven forever). I'm so thankful for our church that helps us teach those things! The Thursday before Easter, Caroline had her school Easter party and egg hunt. I love that she gets to do these things now! They started ...

http://astoutstory.blogspot.com/2015/06/emma-grace-is-6.html
Thursday, June 25, 2015. Emma Grace is 6! Today you are SIX years old! That just blows my mind! This year has felt huge, marked by lots of big life events. You started Kindergarten and really excelled, you got your ears pierced, you worked so hard in Awana to memorize a bible verse each week, you asked Jesus into your heart, you learned to read, I could go on and on. We are so, so proud of the little girl you are becoming. Happy Birthday Emma Grace Peace Out Love Ya Scooter. June 26, 2015 at 4:59 AM.

http://kalivasfam.blogspot.com/2012/05/march-2012-andrews-birthday.html
Saturday, May 26, 2012. March 2012 and Andrew's Birthday. I'm still trying to catch this blog up from March and April. and now we're into May. Ahy! I am really slackin' on this these days. And I know you're all just sitting on the edge of your seats anxiously waiting, right? Getting ready to leave the hospital - all dressed and ready to go with her apple juice. Just doing the last pulse check. My boy was tuckered out when we picked him up from my moms on the way home. He gets majorly spoiled when he ...

A Stout Story: March 2015
http://astoutstory.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. If you recall, February was rough for us. But March was better! No one stole our credit cards! Only two kids got (mildly) sick! And it was easily fixed with a (uninsured) trip to the doctor for some (uninsured) antibiotics for an ear infection and Zyrtec for allergies! Something special for Emma Grace (more to come) and Charlotte's 1st birthday! And here's what I've learned:. March, I've enjoyed you. Monday, March 30, 2015. Charlotte's 1 year check up. I had to take this picture ...

A Stout Story: May 2015

Wednesday, May 13, 2015. The big feelings of motherhood. Plan is better than the one they always dreamed of. Pregnancy, newborns, motherhood, it's so much and so many things. A lot of those things conflict. Like the things that are beautiful and wonderful, yet also awful and overwhelming. It's just weird. In some ways, I feel relieved to be out of the pregnancy state. I never loved. We can't be done! I've felt the last kick I'll ever feel in my belly? I've seen the last positive pregnancy test? She asks ...

Monday, January 31, 2011. Our Western Shindig - Emma and Drew's 2nd birthday party. This weekend was busy, to say the least. But fun. We had Em and Drew's 2nd birthday party, and the days leading up to it, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off getting everything ready and organized. Anything to make this thing go off without a hitch, and give my munchkins the best birthday party ever! Here are just a few pictures before the party started. (Before all of the craziness! I got this gigant...

Snapshots of Our Life: September 2011
http://kalivasfam.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 29, 2011. I had a birthday this week. and for the first time in my life it really was just no different from any other day. I guess that's a sign of getting old? I actually forgot it was my birthday a few times throughout the day and had to be reminded. (also possibly a sign of age.) My dad at one point asked me if we had plans that night and I looked at him like he was crazy; It's a Tuesday night? Happy Birthday to me! That was an incredible birthday present! Me and my Boy. Emma is d...

Monday, May 30, 2011. I hope everyone had a good Memorial Day Weekend! I love extended weekends. We had Amy, Andrews sister here for the weekend. She wasn't really feeling well, so she stayed home and laid low for most of the time, but the kids were able to spend some time with their Aunt Amy so that's good. Saturday we went to a BBQ/get together with friends. I did not take one picture that day, so thanks Tracy for sending these to me! But, they had to move away. They were just here for the weekend.
