Thursday, November 6, 2014. Highlights from our Halloween celebration:. Everyone agreeing to do classic characters this year. I had so much fun making costumes. Getting the costumes done early! All the amazing costumes we got to admire at the ward trunk-or-treat. Peter getting so excited to finally wear his costume. (I finished it first, at the beginning of the month and he's been staring at it longingly ever since.). Squish telling everyone that he was dressed as red Elsa, because of the cape.

Tuesday, April 7, 2015. James ❤ Janine. My dad got married last month. He's been alone for a LONG time. I am so incredibly happy for him! Some things I want to remember about the day:. Tying rosettes on all the chairs with my cousins. Getting to know Janine's sisters at the rehearsal dinner. Squish's comments about the "guy in the big white skirt." He thought that was so cool! Squish being worried that the horse was going to step on the cake (there weren't even any horses). Trying desperately not to cry.

Monday, July 27, 2015. This sweet girl turned one last month. We had a big party that she loved. And that I loved. And that cake was DELICIOUS. So here are some things about my one-year-old girl. She's not walking yet, but she's close. Her laugh is hilarious, and she laughs a lot. She has a bubble and makes sure the boys know if they are too close. She'd rather play with Peter's Ninja Turtles than her dolls. Which is fine, because Squish has taken most of them anyway. She LOVES to climb all over the place.

Tuesday, May 19, 2015. It's been an outdoor sort of month so far. The weather has been great at least until the last week. We had some fantastic rainstorms yesterday that made me so happy. The kids have been playing outside a lot. And little Caroline loves to wander the backyard picking up every little stick and stone and carrying them around in her tiny fists. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. This is Travis cutting the turkey! I let the boys pick there favorite pie. So yes- I made 8 pies. It was so fun. We stayed home and had so much fun. The famous Turkey place settings. Treyson made these this year. He did a GREAT job! He also made some decorations at school. He was very festive this year and a great help in the kitchen. The Bill and RaNae McKee Family. Thursday, August 12, 2010. We've spent the last few weeks with family. Brayden, Michelles oldest, was ordained the same day they blessed Collin. So we spent a weekend in Wyoming. By Sunday we had the WHOLE family! It was a blast! Michelle cam back with us that next week and Travis and Brayden went to scout camp, and Kylie and Angie went to efy in Rexburg. Everyone got home that next monday and we spent tuesdat and wednesday in Bear Lake! We had an awesome time there!

Jun 4, 2011. Soo and Eric's Sealing. We had a lot of fun visiting Logan for Soo's sealing to Eric! We are very happy for her and Eric, they are wonderful people, and they make the cutest couple! We got to meet Eric, and his boys Andrew and Brandon. Eric is a super nice guy and his boys are very sweet too. Eric and Soo seem so happy and in love, and it was an awesome thing to see that and to hear their sweet story. It was so wonderful that they were able to be sealed in the temple! It was a lot of fun!

May 29, 2011. Disney on Ice Date with Kayla. I want her to stay my "little girl", which I know won't happen, but in my mind and in my eyes she will always be my little princess and my little girl. (Even if she is growing at a rapid rate and will probably be taller than me! Kayla and I had a blast and we were mesmerized by all the ice skaters. How do they skate like that? We oooooed and awwwed and sighed at all the right places. It was so girly, entertaining, and fun to watch! Thanks for the date Kayla!

So much changes once your baby starts to walk, which happened in full force two weeks after his first birthday. He is into EVERYTHING. He knows every corner of our apartment, and has many favorite hiding places, things to get into, pull down, open up, etc, etc. Also, he has learned how to CLIMB. As in on the kitchen table!
