Lisa's Random Thoughts: Mothers Day
http://thoughtsbylisakay.blogspot.com/2011/05/mothers-day.html
Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Mothers Day was so relaxing! The men of the family (and some of the younger unmarried and no-children members of the family) took it upon themselves to do all the cooking, setting up, and cleaning up for Sunday dinner. All of the mothers even got to go first in line, which hardly ever happens. Why does food taste so much better when you don't have to cook it yourself? Haha It was a very relaxing day and made me realize again how much I love my family! I know I did! And 2 became 4.

Sunday, August 21, 2011. Friday night I went to the Wilson County Fair with my sis. We rode the ferris wheel, ate a funnel cake and saw an amazing bluegrass band perform. This is the view from the top of the ferris wheel. :). You never know who you might spot at the fair! We saw Uncle Sam.:). Then we ran into the Taylors. Jordan had won this huge banana for a friend. :). It was a really fun night! It was pretty awesome though and the sound was amazing! We even had a bat flying around during the concert!

Lisa's Random Thoughts: December 2010

Thursday, December 30, 2010. Christmas was a wonderful time spent with family and just enjoying being together. Our family is really close and we all genuinely enjoying spending time together. It's just really neat to see the younger ones starting their own families and being able to watch the excitement of the children as they open up their presents is really cool. And I almost forgot. we woke up Christmas morning to a beautiful scene of snow! How magical is that? Here are some of us enjoying our dinner.

Sunday, August 1, 2010. Caiden's 2 yr b-day. Today was Caiden's birthday and we celebrated with a firefighter party. Bethany decorated everything with firetrucks which Caiden loves! He was so cute opening all his presents but I think he liked his "mow" the best that Memaw got him :) Here are a few pics. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Padded Walls in Mikes Mind. And 2 became 4. Children are a gift from the Lord." Ps. 127:3. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Christmas this year was filled with a lot of fun and family traditions. Mimi, Aunt Lisa, and Aunt Linda helped Mommy collect a different Christmas book for every day in December. We opened one before bed every night. We baked Christmas cookies with Mommy. It was hard to wait for them to be done! Hannie was there to help. We loved playing with all of Caiden's trucks! Evie loved Aunt Linda's snowmen! Jack as Iron Man.

And 2 became 4. Children are a gift from the Lord." Ps. 127:3. Wednesday, February 22, 2012. I love to pretend! Here I was pretending that my Big Elmo, Little Elmo, and Woody were taking a nap. I took a nap with them. I'm very serious about pretending.I don't like it when Caleb interrupts. He kept jumping on top of the bed and messing it up. Mommy had to help me put it back together. I like to get close to the camera. Mommy let us have a picnic for lunch. Sunday, February 19, 2012. With All the Grace.
