The Studios

850 NE 81st Ave. Portland, OR 97213. Building contains 96 rental live/work spaces. Most of these units have shared bathrooms, and they all share kitchens. There are community bathrooms of various configurations located throughout the building. There is a kitchen on each of the second and third floors. Most residents keep their own small refrigerator inside their unit. Rents start around $375 per month, and the size of the studios range from 150 to 400 square feet. Rental waiting list sign up.
