Tuesday, May 22, 2012. We headed down to South Padre Island for our annual beach trip the end of March with the Barlows and the Jensons. It was soooooooooooooooooo nice to relax in the sun. And listen to the surf. For the weekend. Sitting on the beach, watching the kids play in the sand and in the waves with their friends is one of my favorite things to do. If we were closer to the beach, I could spend every weekend there. In fact, I am ready to go back Right Now! Could be deemed polar opposites:. Yummy...

Wednesday, October 3, 2012. A Happy "Mom" Birthday to me! As I hit big birthday #38 this year, I realized that life is becoming more about the kids and all their activities and less about me, and I was actually ok with it. This was a fun Mom birthday spent with my kids and I loved every minute of it! Luke and I first celebrated the day at the zoo with his buddies. Then we went to Logan's 4th grade program, Aesop's. Tuesday, June 14, 2011. We have been loving the lazy days of summer with no homework and no running to lessons. We've been spending our days swimming at the pool, playing with friends, doing chores from our new chore chart, and having fun just being home! All of our 14 kids (minus Luke) from oldest to youngest. Ages 13,12,12,10,9,9,8,7,6,6,5,4,4,3. Dinner at The Big Donkey- yummy mexican!
