Mind Body Soul Developer. Why I changed my Visual Studio Code font to Fira Code. Middot; October 23, 2016. Every once in a while, I get bored with the default editor theme and change it. But, after a few days, I’m back to the default theme. In Visual Studio Code, it’s the Dark theme. I’ve also tried many fonts. Again, I return to the default: consolas. The Dark theme with consolas font are great. But sometimes it gets boring and a bit dull. We were trying to figure out why. Nope, it was Fira Code font.
