New MMB Breakfast Recipe for you…no cooking required! 8211; 1 cup lowfat yougart (plain or vanilla). 8211; 1/2 cup milk (1% or 2% works well). 8211; 1/2 cup rolled oats (raw). 8211; 1 banana diced. 8211; 1/2 cup dries cranberries. 8211; 8 blanched almonds diced. 8211; honey to taste (just enough to sweeten a little). 8211; cinnamon to taste.
